Can I change the day of my surf lesson?
To change the day of your surf lesson, you can do so if we have availability. For this type of change, you must come to our store at least the day before the surf lesson you want to change during opening hours. Changes to the day of the surf lesson made on the same day of the lesson you want to change are not allowed.
Are sheets and towels included in the surf camp?
Yes, in every type of accommodation you choose, you will have sheets and towels.
Useful things to put in the suitcase?
Since Fuerteventura is a windy island, we recommend you bring a windbreaker jacket with you, and of course, protective sunscreen, stick.
How many days in advance can I book?
To manage your booking as best as possible, we recommend booking at least a week before your arrival, but subject to availability.
Can I change the dates after booking?
Yes, if there is availability for the new dates. In some cases, a small fee of €50 is charged. But only in exceptional cases, such as changes a week from your arrival or to change for the next year.
How and when should we pay?
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% or 10% of the total amount is required, which you can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, through our website. The rest must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cash, or by bank transfer made at least 7 working days before your arrival.
What is the most common nationality of people in the camp?
We are happy to say that we have clients from all over the world.
Are you open all year round?
Yes, we never close.
Is there a minimum age to come to the camp?
No, but if you are a minor, parental consent is required.
Can I book a package with surf lessons and accommodation and the person coming with me just accommodation?
At the moment we do not handle accommodation-only bookings, but we will gladly give you advice. Contact us by email.
What are the days of the lessons?
Surf lessons are held every day of the year except New Year's Day.
What day of the week is best to arrive?
You can arrive any day of the week and start the surf course the next day.
What are the lesson times?
Class times are usually from 09:00/09:30 which we pick you up from your accommodation to 13:00/13:30 which is when we will take you back to your accommodation. In some cases, due to climatic conditions, the course may be moved to the afternoon.
Can I just take a surf course?

Can we rent equipment, board, and wetsuit?
Yes, you can rent all the material, to know the prices look at the store section.
Can we use the equipment after the surf lesson?
Surf equipment is included in the surf lessons. Usually, after the surf session, you feel tired, but if you wish to use the material outside of the lesson, you can rent it and pay directly in the store at the time of rental.
Which is the airport we should arrive at to reach you?
Fuerteventura Airport, which is also the only airport on the island. It is about 40 minutes by car from our school in Corralejo and about 1 hour by bus.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
You must contact the following phones before your flight departs: 0034/648908974 and 0034/928867635. Otherwise, you will lose the transfer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Booking cancellations are possible at any time. The cancellation must be sent by regular mail or email. We also recommend sending the cancellation by phone. The cancellation will be effective the day we receive it and has the following costs:
- Up to 29 days before the start/arrival of the course, 25% will be charged.
- Up to 14 days before the start/arrival of the course, 50% will be charged and subsequently, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation 1 day before the start/arrival of the course, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
What are the check-in and check-out times in the surf camp?
Check in is during shop hours from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:30 to 19:30 (the room will be ready from 15:00), if you arrive later contact us and we will send you the codes to access to the house and we will carry out the check-in procedures the following day. Check out is at 11:00, so you will have to remove your personal items from the room before 11:00, but you will be able to use the bathrooms, and leave your suitcase until it's time for your departure.
